TASTING NOTES
This white wine greets you with vibrant citrus and orchard fruits. On the nose, ripe tropical fruits and white peach unfold, leading into a palate layered with sweet melon and subtle dried fruit notes. The balanced acidity refreshes without overpowering.
WINEMAKING
Grapes are grown in the Villiersdorp area, where soils range from decomposed sandstone to decomposed Bokkeveld Shale with varied clay layers. This diversity in soil and vineyard orientation contributes unique character to the final blend. Grapes are harvested as cool as possible, and only free-run juice is used. After overnight settling, the clean juice is racked to fermentation tanks and fermented with Vin 7 yeast at 13°C to preserve fresh, fruity flavours.
